Pellets produced on our machines meet DIN/DIN Plus standards.<br><br>For 17 years, we have been manufacturing pellet mills and pelletizing lines for sawdust, which continue to operate in woodworking facilities to this day.<br><br>Our lines are durable, cost-effective to operate, and occupy very little space.<br><br>The machine is equipped with the world's best solution invented so far: a vertically positioned rotating ring die. This allows the raw material to naturally distribute evenly by centrifugal force between the roller and the die, resulting in high efficiency with low power consumption, and the consistent operation minimizes frequent breakdowns.<br>The rollers are adjusted eccentrically without the need to stop the machine.<br><br>The drive is transmitted via a claw coupling (or tire coupling for the 45 kW version).<br>Power is increased through a cylindrical-bevel gearbox with an overload factor of sf = 1.7 (for 45 kW power sf = 2.4).<br><br>The fed material is evenly controlled by a cruise control system. The automatic system supplies as much raw material as set on the cruise control to avoid exceeding the specified engine load.<br><br>We have launched over 150 pellet lines, many of which are still operational today.<br><br>The listed price is net and applies to the granulator only.
