processing dimensions:
• Working width: 220 mm
• Working height: 120 (up to 160) mm
• 5 spindles
• Spindle arrangement: bottom/right/left/top/bottom
• Variable feed speed
• Pneumatic pressure on feed rollers
I offer precise machining of both softwood and hardwood lumber:
• Decking boards (grooved, smooth)
• Cladding boards (Rhombus profile, rebate, tongue and groove)
• Roof soffits, battens, frames
• KVH structural timber (C24 grade)
Capability to prepare semi-finished products or complete elements - large and small orders, cutting to specific dimensions/lengths, I also offer the possibility of sourcing materials at competitive prices - truly a wide range of possibilities.
I offer waste management (sawdust, shavings) independently – I have a pellet production machine. This eliminates disposal costs for the partner. I am looking for regular orders, guaranteeing punctuality and high-quality machining.
