I am offering a lease transfer for a complete, fully operational pellet production line. The machinery is practically new, having been used in a small woodworking shop since March 2025. I am selling solely due to a change in production focus (purchasing pre-processed timber), which means I no longer produce my own sawdust, rendering the line unnecessary.

Technical Condition and Usage:

The line has processed only 15 tons of material in total.

The die has been freshly and professionally honed – a significant advantage, saving you time and hassle from the start.

The equipment is technically as good as new.

Actual output: 250-260 kg/h (tested on pine sawdust).

The set includes (complete line):

Pelletizer 15 kW – the core of the system, efficient and stable.

Hammer mill 11 kW – for raw material shredding. Capable of handling 2 pelletizers with 15 kW power.

Large buffer tank (approx. 7m3 ~ 1 ton of sawdust) – equipped with an unloading screw (3 kW) and a smaller tank with a dosing screw (0.55 kW).

Screw conveyor (4m) – transports sawdust from the extractor to the buffer (2.2 kW drive).

Screw conveyor (3m, 17cm diameter) with a hopper – transports from the buffer to the mill (2.2 kW drive).

Screw conveyor (3m, 17cm diameter) with a hopper – transports from the mill to the pelletizer (2.2 kW drive).

Belt conveyor (4m) – transports finished pellets to the bagging scale (0.55 kW drive).

Bagging scale (capacity of about 1 ton of pellets) – complete with a sealer/bag closing device.
