3. Currently, the line produces panels with a gross width of 800 mm (maximum production capability of 900 mm)<br>

5. Current thicknesses of produced panels are 18 and 22 mm, with a maximum thickness of 50 mm<br>
6. The frame/beam is made from recycled cardboard. The cardboard thickness is 0.5-1 mm and is laminated to form a strip approximately 15-20 mm wide.<br>
6. Both the core and surface layers, as well as the frame, are produced in a single stage directly from the roll, but the product resembles a traditional framed panel widely used in door and furniture manufacturing.<br>
7. Maximum thickness of the surface layer, veneer --- 1.6 mm<br>
8. Essentially, all materials available in rolls can be used, such as CPL, balancing film, paper, aluminum, sheet metal, etc.<br>
10. The line's large dimensions allow for high efficiency; it is fully automated and can be operated by two operators and a forklift operator who packages the finished panels.<br>
11. Energy consumption is very low, but significant protection is required during startup.<br>
11. Potential customers for the product include manufacturers of doors, sliding doors, furniture, partition walls, and desk panels.<br>
