⭐ A Polish manufacturer of woodworking machinery offers pallet production lines.⭐ The euro pallet production line is designed for manufacturing pallets of type 1200/800 mm, euro pallets, and euro-like pallets from pre-sized material within a tolerance range of +/- 10 mm.
⭐ The line includes: • Cant Rail Magazine • Cross Board Feeder • Longitudinal Board Feeder - Section 1 • Nailer – Section 1 • Turntable • Longitudinal Board Feeder – Section 2 • Nailer – Section 2 • Milling and Marking • Turntable – Section 2 • Output Buffer The final length of the line is determined by the number of 'columns' in the Buffer of stacked pallets – with a basic option of buffering 3 columns.
⭐ The control system of the euro pallet line consists of the following components: · PLC controller, acting as the main control unit, · operator panel with a touchscreen, serving as the operator interface, · gear motors on each conveyor of the line, · I/O modules, · buttons, indicators, sensors, and actuators.
⭐ The type of automatic operation is selected via a dropdown list 'Pallet Type'. The following processing types are available: · Euro/Epal Pallet – size 1200/800 mm · Euro-like Pallet – size 1200/800 mm (without marking) · Non-standard Pallet 1200 mm by 1000-800 mm (additional option) · Ability to add an additional type of pallet within the range of 1200 by 1000/800 – programmatically (additional option).
