R-3000 Log Sawing Machine – Automated Cutting for Pallet ProductionThe R-3000 sawing machine is designed for cutting wooden logs with lengths ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 meters and diameters up to 400 or 480 mm into shorter sections (blanks). This machine is primarily intended for wooden pallet manufacturers and the timber industry.
The operation process is fully mechanized. Logs are fed by a loader onto a storage conveyor, then automatically transferred one by one to a longitudinal conveyor and positioned against an extendable length stop. After hydraulic clamping with jaws, the crosscut saw performs the cut, and the finished material is collected by a roller conveyor with an ejector.
The machine ensures consistent dimensions, high efficiency, and safe, ergonomic operation.
