R-3000 Log Sawing Machine – Automated Cutting for Pallet ProductionThe R-3000 sawing machine is designed for cutting wooden logs with lengths of 2.5–3.0 meters and diameters up to 400 or 480 mm into shorter sections (cut-offs). This machine is primarily dedicated to wooden pallet manufacturers and the timber industry.
The work process is fully mechanized: logs are fed by a loader onto a storage conveyor, then automatically transferred one by one onto a longitudinal conveyor and positioned against an extendable length stop. After hydraulic clamping with jaws, precise cutting is performed by a crosscut saw, and the finished material is collected by a roller conveyor with an ejector.
The machine ensures consistent dimensions, high efficiency, and safe, ergonomic operation.
