The WS 500 machine combines the functions of an edger and a multi-rip saw, maximizing profit from each cut board while also enhancing overall efficiency.<br>· The WS 500 comes standard with two circular saw blades, functioning as an edger. One blade is fixed, while the other is adjustable from the control panel using an electronic width setting device.<br>· Optional laser cutting indicators can be installed to assist the operator in determining the optimal cutting line.<br>· Two upper rollers facilitate the forward movement of the board into the edger for the next cut.<br>· An adjustable guide allows the operator to quickly set boards with already trimmed edges.<br>· Up to 10 circular saw blades can be installed to use the machine as a multi-rip saw.<br>· In this configuration, four blades are fixed for cutting standard widths, while the fifth blade is adjustable. Switching between edger and multi-rip saw modes is straightforward, and the machine's design allows the operator to quickly adapt to changing needs.
