The TTPP 450-700 circular sawmill moves along the track above the log, which is secured using a specialized clamping system. The machine can be optionally equipped with electric-hydraulic leveling, rotating, and clamping features.

The cutting system of the device consists of two circular saw blades mounted on vertical and horizontal spindles, along with electric motors, moving along the main horizontal support.

The horizontal-vertical configuration of the two circular saw blades allows for cutting finished components from the log with each pass of the sawmill along the track, eliminating so-called 'empty passes'.
