Seeking long-term collaboration – CUSTOM WOOD PLANING SERVICES (Four-Sided Planer)I have available capacity on a four-sided planer [Weinig],
processing dimensions:
• Working width: 220 mm
• Working height: 120 (up to 160) mm
• 5 spindles
• Spindle configuration: bottom/right/left/top/bottom
• Variable feed speed
• Pneumatic pressure on feed rollers
I offer precise machining of both softwood and hardwood lumber:
o Decking boards (grooved, smooth)
o Cladding boards (Rhombus profile, rebate, tongue and groove)
o Roof soffits, battens, frames
o KVH structural timber (C24 grade)
Capability to prepare semi-finished or complete components - large and small orders, custom cutting, and also offer material sourcing at competitive prices - truly a wide range of possibilities
I offer waste management (sawdust, shavings) on-site – I have a pellet production machine. This eliminates disposal costs for partners. I am looking for regular orders, guaranteeing punctuality and high-quality processing.
